Pam joined CEDA in October of 2023, as a Workforce Coordinator in the School Districts. Before joining CEDA, Pam served 21 years in the United States Air Force and has worked in the Public Sector for several years. From a rural community herself, Pam shares the passion of connecting our communities, opening the doors to collaboration with the School Districts and the students. She hopes her efforts will help our rural communities grow and expand with our future leaders. In her spare time Pam is an active volunteer in her community and state. She is a Vice Commander for the Department of Minnesota American Legion, is the Secretary of the Blue Earth Area Community Foundation, and is the Community Relations Officer. She also enjoys watching baseball, hiking and other outdoor activities.
