ABOUT CEDA
Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) was established in 1986 as a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called the Southeastern Minnesota Development Corporation.
HISTORY
Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) was established in 1986 as a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called the Southeastern Minnesota Development Corporation.
In 2010, the agency responded to strong interest in its services beyond the original service territory and changed its name to CEDA to reflect our commitment to all of rural America. Today, CEDA serves all regions of Greater Minnesota, Northeast Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.

EMERITUS BOARD
The CEDA Emeritus Board is a committee of the Board of Directors. Board Members Emeritus have served on the Board of Directors with distinction and excellence, and individuals have participated in one or more of the organization’s activities (e.g., events, volunteerism, fundraising, government relations, networking, etc.). The Emeritus Board will meet annually to be provided organizational updates and input.
