Megan Tully joined CEDA in February 2025 and will serve as the Executive Director of the Viroqua Chamber, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, she spent seven years as the Director of Strategy at VARC, where she played a key role in shaping the organization's direction and impact. With a background that includes administrative functions in outpatient mental health, Megan has dedicated her career to strengthening programs, fostering community engagement, and driving meaningful growth within mission-driven organizations.
