Teri Root joined the CEDA team in August 2024 as the Human Resources Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Winona State University. Teri is committed to helping CEDA grow and be successful, supporting the CEDA team and the communities they serve. As the Human Resources Manager for CEDA, she focuses on recruitment and hiring, training and development, employee relations, maintaining company culture, managing employee benefits and creating a safe and healthy work environment.
